Coldwell Banker Prime Properties Opens New Location in Newton Plaza

The Chamber, along with local officials, ambassadors and the business community took part in a ribbon cutting on September 8 to celebrate Coldwell Banker Prime Properties’ new satellite Loudonville office in Newton Plaza.  This is Coldwell Banker Prime Properties’ 26th location in the Capital Region.

Coldwell Banker Prime Properties was established in the Capital Region by Kenneth Raymond and James Long 36 years ago and continues to expand its footprint throughout NYS.

This business was chosen to enhance their presence in the community and to allow agents the flexibility of locations to better serve their customers.

Branch Manager Tracy Chenette has been in the Real Estate Business since 2002. Having a previous role as Operations Manager for another firm, owning her own firm, and now being our Branch Manager has allowed her to see all markets, become well versed in the real estate economy, and assist many other agents in the area to build their business.  As a lifelong resident of the Capital Region, she has excellent knowledge of our surrounding communities.

Customers can expect highly educated Real Estate Agents helping them sell or buy their next property, top-notch technology to get their home sold faster for more money and much more.

All ribbon cuttings are sponsored by Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company.
