CM Fox Real Estate is happy to announce a new addition to its family, Kathy Burbank. Burbank, formerly President of the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce for several years, is very well connected into the community in Guilderland, and will be a great addition to an already great agency. CM Fox Real Estate, celebrating their 10th year of business, is a locally owned independent real estate company serving the needs of buyers and sellers in the Capital Region. The company has seen steady growth every year, with the most recent years increasing 20% over the prior year. Owner Troy Miller was raised in Guilderland, and he and his team of professionals continue the small town great customer service wherever they are.
Burbank is changing careers after 20 years in nonprofit management, including nearly 7 at the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce. “Knowing the businesses, town representatives, and so many people from the community organizations my family is involved in has drawn me to the field. I am happy to still be promoting ‘live local’ with CM Fox” says Burbank.
