The City of Troy has issued a request for qualifications for a 1.2 acre Hudson River Site.
Troy seeks a qualified development partner who possesses the creativity, vision and capacity required to lead a public/private collaboration and deliver an ambitious development project befitting the location. The community has provided their input and is ready to support the right developer who will deliver the missing piece at the heart of their city.
