Cioffi ∙ Slezak ∙ Wildgrube PC (CSW) Moving to Legere Group’s Erie Boulevard Complex

Cioffi ∙ Slezak ∙ Wildgrube PC (CSW) will be the newest tenant at the Legere Group’s 1473 Erie Boulevard office complex. The long-time Niskayuna law firm will be relocating to its new headquarters by the first of the year.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Capital Region’s largest all-female law firm,” said Ray Legere, who with his cousin Jeff Legere is co-principal of the Legere Group. “Cioffi . Slezak . Wildgrube’s twenty year legacy and continued growth and success are matters of great pride for us. A tenant of this caliber sets the tone for future companies that are looking for a highly professional and exciting location.

CSW serves individual clients, their families and businesses with a concentration in the areas of estate planning and administration, elder law, commercial and residential real estate, and business and corporate Law.

The CSW partners are Cristine Cioffi, Deborah A. Slezak, and Michelle H. Wildgrube.  The firm, which includes 10 attorneys and a total staff of 29, was founded in Niskayuna in 1995 as Carpenter & Cioffi, PC. The partners have been seeking more suitable quarters in Niskayuna for the past several years to no avail.

“We have loved being in Niskayuna; but have outgrown our present location. Efforts to find a new home in the Town have proven unfeasible,” said Michelle Wildgrube. “That and the prospect of newly designed quarters with ample parking, increased visibility, easy access and the excitement of being in the new “Harbor District” contributed to our decision to move.”

Cioffi ∙ Slezak ∙ Wildgrube will occupy 7000 square feet on the ground floor of the Legere building located on the west side of Erie Boulevard. The full service accounting firm of  Colleen M Campoli, CPA, PLLC will continue to occupy shared space with CSW.  The new Mohawk Harbor complex with residential, retail and restaurants in an upscale marina setting is directly behind the Legere building.

The Legere Group has recently announced that the Capital Region Chamber’s Schenectady office will move to leased space at 1473 Erie Blvd. in April. Other tenant relationships are being developed.
