In Malta, the famous “Mario’s Pizza & Pasta” may be no more, but Suat “Mario” Ayvaz and wife Fatima have taken their Long Island pizza recipe and other fine dishes to Exit 11 (Raylinsky Rd, behind the big Stewart’s) and opened Ciao Bella Pizza & Pasta (146 Raylinsky Rd, Ballston Lake, (518) 406-3209). They offer free delivery within a healthy radius of the restaurant, and will be there to serve your needs when only that authentic pizza taste will do! The Malta Business Community Alliance committee of the Chamber of Southern Saratoga County led a ribbon cutting for Mario and Fatima and their friends, to celebrate the exciting occasion.
