Christopher Itani has joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as an Auto Claims Representative. Itani brings nearly ten years of industry experience to Preferred, having most recently worked as a Customer Care Manager at H&V Collision Center. In his new role, he will be responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of auto physical damage claims. Itani is a graduate of Schenectady County Community College, and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Union College. He resides in Ballston Spa.
