Christina Farinacci-Roberts, founder and chief consultant of Head Heart Hands Consulting LLC, was the grand prize winner of last week’s “Pitch Your Pivot” MWBE competition, sponsored by Key Bank Business Boost & Build and hosted by the Center for Economic Growth, Pursuit Lending and the University at Albany SBDC. While her company initially focused on exclusively serving schools, after COVID-19 essentially obliterated contractual work with any educational institutions, she transitioned into becoming a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion services provider and teamed up with her best friend since 2nd grade, Anniedi Essien- a former corporate health and wellness executive and founder of Idem Spark, to create a collaboration called “W.I.D.E. Dynamic Dialogues,” which integrates Wellness, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity to enhance employee engagement and loyalty, optimize workforce productivity and maximize organizational profitability and impact. They empower forward looking companies to create brave spaces and grow bold leaders who promote individual and organizational flourishing.
They recently launched their 21 Day Harmony Journey, a cutting edge anti-burnout campaign that boosts team building and satisfaction to achieve greater work life harmony- even for a virtual and remote workforce (their first client for the initiative, CommerceHub, will be finishing the program next week). Head Heart Hands Consulting and Idem Spark are seeking to partner with 21 organizations in 2021 to join them in the 21 Day Harmony Journey and participate in a unique open innovation challenge that will allow cross-sector ideation to empower employees to thrive, create more inclusive cultures and reimagine the future of work.
