Chazen’s Nashville Office Finds New Home

The Chazen Companies, an employee-owned, multi-disciplinary firm providing civil engineering, land surveying, planning, environmental and safety consulting, landscape architecture, construction services and transportation planning and engineering, relocated its Nashville office to a larger space as a result of recent and projected growth. The new office is located in midtown Nashville at the end of the famed Music Row central to West End and Downtown Nashville at 1705 Division Street.

Chazen opened its first Nashville office in early 2016 and has been providing engineering services in the area since 2013. The office is led by Peter Romano, P.E., who joined Chazen in 2003.
“The new office location is centrally located, provides easier access to and for our clients, and allows us to expand our capabilities and services,” said Peter Romano, P.E. “We are looking to hire several engineers and the larger new space gives us the room to grow.”

Chazen’s work can be seen throughout the City and outlying areas including the Holy Trinity Montessori, Nashville (constructed), 46th and Utah Mixed Use Redevelopment, Nashville (constructed), Franklin Road Academy, Nashville (in design), and Black Creek Mountain Residential Community Chattanooga (in construction). Chazen also is a proud consultant of the Land Trust for Tennessee working to preserve and protect landscape resources along the Natchez Trace Parkway.

“Nashville is a strong, emerging market that allows us to expand our company’s geography,” said Mark A. Kastner, President, The Chazen Companies. “Since we opened our office last year, we have seen significant growth and are looking to add additional staff.”
