CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA) announces four new employees have joined the company.
Caroline Hurlburt has joined the firm as a scientist. Caroline is a former health and safety intern returning to CHA full time. She received her B.A. in Geological Sciences from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Christopher Hourigan has joined the firm as an assistant engineer providing geotechnical engineering assistance. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with his B.S. in Civil Engineering.
James Littlefield has joined the firm as a senior construction estimator. James has more than 35 years of experience as a project manager and estimator. He has assisted with estimating, project controls, scheduling and management, program and project life cycle budgets, scoping, and change management for construction, substation and transmission/distribution projects. He is an M.S. Candidate in Construction Management at Columbia University.
