CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA), a highly diversified, full-service engineering and construction management firm, announces three new staff have joined its Albany area staff.
Henry “Bub” Uhlig has joined the firm as principal scientist in CHA’s environmental group. Bub has designed and managed complex environmental abatement and construction management projects for numerous private and public clients for over 32 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
Joseph Celtruda has joined the firm as senior project manager supporting CHA’s industry and energy projects. Joseph joins CHA following more than 20 years with General Electric Company, most recently leading strategy, product planning, program execution, and profitability for product lines within the oil and gas industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY.
Samuel Wilkinson has joined the firm as technical support specialist for CHA’s information technology group. Samuel has three years of desktop support experience, performing hardware and software installations, upgrades and routine preventative maintenance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Tampa in Tampa, FL.
