Celtic Tours World Vacations is pleased to announce that Todd Garofano has joined the team as a Regional Sales Manager for NY, CT, & MA. Todd is a seasoned and successful industry professional, having worked previously as a Global Sales Director for Carlson Hotels Worldwide and Amtrak. Todd has also served as the President of Discover Saratoga for 8 years and was the co-founder and Managing Director of a hospitality sales force.
