Celebration of Survivorship to Honor Cancer Survivors and Patients

The Celebration of Survivorship Picnic Fundraiser, to benefit the Joy US Foundation, will be held Sunday, June 27th from 2 -6 p.m. at the Columbia Pavilion at the Saratoga Spa State Park.

The picnic will be a celebration of the region’s cancer patients and survivors.

The event will feature a catered picnic from McGreivey’s Restaurant, The Saratoga Tap Truck with beer and wine to purchase or non-alcoholic drinks for free, entertainment provided by Matt Cosgrove, lawn games, and a 50/50 raffle.

“We are excited to provide a family-friendly fundraising picnic to ‘Celebrate Survivors’ and raise funds to allow us to continue to provide free outdoor excursions to local families impacted by cancer! All are invited to join us, have fun and make a positive impact on our community,” said Janet Abrahamson, Executive Director of Joy US Foundation.

Cancer patients and survivors can attend the event for free.
Adults: $20/ Kids: $5

Proceeds will benefit the Joy US Foundation which provides free outdoor-focused, year-round activities for those impacted by cancer and their families.
