CDTA is Going Pink to Help “Make Strides” Against Breast Cancer

Pink Bus Seats Highlight Outreach Efforts During the Month of October

The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is joining the American Cancer Society in its fight against breast cancer. During the month of October CDTA will turn one seat pink on each of its 15 BusPlus buses as a way to bring attention to the disease. In addition to the pink seat a pink hangtag was created that displays a breast cancer fact and information about the upcoming “Making Strides” Against Breast Cancer walk on October 18 in Albany’s Washington Park.
