December 31, 2025cb20 Named #1 Best Place to Work (Large Company) for 2025
cb20, a leading managed IT and audio visual services provider in the Northeast, has been named the #1 Best Place to Work in the Large Company category for 2025 by the Albany Business Review, earning the highest overall score in its category.
The recognition marks cb20’s fifth consecutive Best Places to Work win – and a rare distinction achieved by winning in every company-size category over time, from small to medium to large, as the organization has grown.
The Best Places to Work program is based entirely on anonymous employee survey feedback, making the honor a direct reflection of cb20’s workplace culture, leadership, and day-to-day employee experience.
“This recognition comes directly from our people, which makes it especially meaningful,” said Chris Pickett, President and CEO of cb20. “As we’ve grown, we’ve been intentional about building a company where excellence and culture rise together. Being recognized as the best large company to work for reinforces that our culture has scaled with us.”
The honor caps a year of strong momentum for cb20. In 2025, Pickett was recently featured in the Albany Business Review’s “10 Minutes With” series discussing cb20’s rapid growth and leadership philosophy and appeared on WNYT NewsChannel 13 to share expert guidance on protecting organizations and individuals from holiday-season cyber scams. The company has also earned national recognition, including being named to the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America and winning CRN’s coveted Triple Crown.
Headquartered in Saratoga Springs, cb20 continues to expand its footprint across New York and New England, including plans to open a new office in the Boston area in the coming months to support growing demand across the region.
Despite rapid growth, cb20 has remained focused on intentional culture-building. The company’s Experience Above philosophy extends beyond customer delivery to how employees are supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. That commitment is reflected in initiatives like Solara, cb20’s internal leadership development program designed to invest in emerging leaders and strengthen the company’s management bench.
