Carol A. Crossett Joins Tully Rinckey PLLC’S Firm As Partner

Tully Rinckey PLLC is pleased to announce that Carol A. Crossett has joined the firm’s New York, N.Y. office as a Partner. As a Partner at Tully Rinckey PLLC, her practice areas include corporate and commercial litigation matters, estate and business succession planning, and transactional matters. Crossett also has extensive experience representing automotive dealerships and clients in the marine industry.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Carol practiced general and complex commercial litigation, which also included franchise disputes, in a small/medium law firm, on behalf of automotive dealers and clients in the marine industry. She has transactional experience including matters involving franchise agreements.

Carol also represented clients involved in disputes related to estate and trusts, and those interested in business succession planning. Carol has prepared Wills, trusts, ancillary instruments, stock redemption, cross-purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and the formation of business entities. Carol has worked on estate planning, probate matters, contested probate and fiduciary accounting matters, Will construction proceedings, turnover proceedings, fiduciary removal proceedings, and other disputes between fiduciaries and beneficiaries, and matters concerning labor and employment.

Carol received her Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law and an LL.M (Master of Law) in corporate taxation from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, with currently active pro hac vice admissions in California, Connecticut and Florida. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC).
