November 16, 2017Caregiver Wellness: Still a Necessity After Your Loved One Moves to a Memory Care Community
Program Specialist Mary Moller, MSW, CAS, from Albany Med’s Center of Excellence for Alzheimer’s Disease, will cover how care giving doesn’t end when your loved one transitions to a higher level of care. She will focus on caregiver self-health and wellness and how this continues to be an important part of the care giving journey. The event will take place on Thursday, November 30 from 2-3:15 p.m. at Peregrine Senior Living at Clifton Park. The address is 1 Emma Lane Clifton Park, NY 12065.
