Careers In Transition LLC and VoiceBiz Technologies with The Marketing Drill have partnered to use Amazon Alexa technology to guide consumers with career development. The Alexa voice app, “My Career Counselor,” speaks an overview of the career development and resume process. Consumers can learn about career development through the smart speaker, by receiving a career development guide (written by Dr. Tom Denham, founder of Careers In Transition, LLC), listening to weekly tips, or asking Alexa to contact a career counselor.
Smart speaker technology is being identified as the third new technology platform, growing at a rate faster than the smart phone in its introduction to market. With this growth, consumers can ask for information from a multitude of Alexa enabled devices such as Echo devices in the home, the Alexa app on their phone, or the Alexa Windows desktop app. Careers In Transition, LLC recognizes the value of being present in this emerging voice technology space, resulting in the collaboration with Voicebiz Technologies and The Marketing Drill.
