Kathleen Mattice, BSN, RN, was recently promoted to Chief Clinical Officer for CapitalCare Medical Group. Kathleen will provide leadership, management and vision to ensure that CapitalCare has highly effective clinical teams to execute the clinical mission and support the group’s strategic plan. Her priorities will include driving toward excellence in clinical operations, including population health programs, improving clinical outcomes, developing a specialized, multi-disciplinary care team for high-risk patients, contributing to lower total cost of care through implementation of a highly-qualified, well-trained nursing staff and improving patient and workforce satisfaction.
