Capital Region Welcomes Bass Pro Shops® to Clifton Park with a Ribbon Cutting

The grand opening of Bass Pro Shops® new Clifton Park location was marked with a memorable moment as General Manager Bryan LaLone cut the ceremonial ribbon using one of the store’s signature knives. The highly anticipated opening of the 400 Clifton Park Road location drew thousands of eager shoppers, all excited to explore what many are calling the most beautiful Bass Pro Shops® spot yet.

The celebration brought together business and community leaders from across the Capital Region, underscoring the importance of this new addition to our local economy. Dignitaries in attendance included Senator Jim Tedisco, Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh, County Clerk Craig Hayner, Clifton Park Town Supervisor and County Board Chair Phil Barrett, Halfmoon Supervisor Kevin Tollisen, Charlton Supervisor Joe Grasso, Sheriff Mike Zurlo and Undersheriff Jeff Brown, along with members of the Clifton Park Town Board.

The opening of Bass Pro Shops® not only expands retail opportunities in our region but also contributes to economic growth, job creation, and increased visibility for the Capital Region as a destination for premier businesses.
