March 2, 2022Capital District YMCA Welcomes Katie Bartlett as Marketing Manager
The Capital District YMCA is pleased to welcome Katie Bartlett as the Marketing Manager.
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, Bartlett will support organizational objectives through the tactical implementation of marketing strategies that build and strengthen the Y’s relationship with its diverse group of community stakeholders.
Bartlett will play a crucial role in positioning the Y for steady growth, and expanding stakeholder understanding of the mission, vision, and impact of the YMCA both internally and externally in the region.

Prior to joining the Capital District YMCA, Bartlett was the Coordinator of Web, Marketing and Social Media for the Graduate School at the University at Albany. During this time, Bartlett was an integral part in creating and leading the marketing efforts of over 150 graduate programs at UAlbany. This included managing the website, social media, and email marketing to support institutions goals and growth.
In her 12-year career, Bartlett has held marketing positions at Rumors Salon & Spa, Laberge Group, and The Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York.
Bartlett holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts Degree in Visual Communications from Cazenovia College. She resides in Schodak with her husband and daughter.
