C.O.C.O.A. House, Inc. Ribbon Cutting

Capital Region Chamber President & CEO Mark Eagan led a great ribbon cutting for C.O.C.O.A. House, Inc. in Schenectady.

C.O.C.O.A. House has been in operation since 1996, promoting academic success and expanded opportunities for at-risk youth.  C.O.C.O.A. House has become a full-fledged after-school tutoring and enrichment program, and is opening the Teen Empowerment Center to continue in its all-important mission.

The ribbon cutting was supported by Schenectady City Director of Development Alexandria Carver, on behalf of the Mayor, Rayan Aguam representing Senator Jim Tedisco, and Schenectady Metroplex Executive Director David Hogenkamp.
