The Chamber was elated to take part in a ceremonial ribbon cutting for Blend Bowls LLC in Clifton Park on Friday, October 1. The Chamber was joined by elected officials, Ambassadors and community members.
From the Owner, Candace Mukhtar: We are a new health-oriented cafe located in Clifton Park. We are proud to be able to serve the area with nutritious and wholesome food. Our mission is to provide you with the right type of food your body needs to be healthy, both inside and out while also educating you on the benefits of the “superfoods” we use! We offer a variety of options for all lifestyles, including vegan, vegetarian & many gluten free items. We will supply the calorie-count and macro nutrition information upon request. We can also help you modify any of our menu items to fit your lifestyle or fitness goals. We are an independently owned, small business that is in the interest of supporting other small businesses in upstate NY. For this reason, we make it a point to buy our bread from a local vegan/vegetarian bakery in Glens Falls and our honey and pure maple syrup is purchased at local farmers markets. We believe that our creativity in bringing local, fresh and raw ingredients together to make food that is every bit delicious as it is healthy is what sets us apart.
