Bishop House Consulting recently held its first ever train-the-trainer program to certify twenty-two Capital Region HR Professionals in Everything DiSC Workplace® facilitation. The newly certified facilitators, who represent eleven different organizations in the area, will be sharing their knowledge of how to build more effective relationships with hundreds of Capital Region professionals.
Bishop House has five certified Everything DiSC Workplace® facilitators, and earlier this year obtained its License to Deliver the certification training from Wiley, proprietor of the Everything DiSC® profiles. Everything DiSC® is an assessment-based learning experience that deepens self-awareness, inspires appreciation of others and fosters effective collaboration in the workplace.
“We are so pleased to have had the opportunity to partner with these 22 professionals and be a catalyst in helping them to increase employees’ self-awareness and engagement through their subsequent training programs,” said Mike Holland, Founder and President of Bishop House.
