Big Tony’s Kitchen on the River, a family-owned and operated business located at 726 Hudson Avenue in Stillwater, has grown from a small meal prep service into a full-service restaurant with an inviting eat-in area overlooking the Hudson River. Originally launched in 2023 as Big Tony’s Meal Prep, operating out of the Mechanicville-Stillwater Elks Lodge, owners Anthony and Amy Schunk built a loyal following through their fresh, flavorful meals and convenient delivery service.
Their continued success inspired the expansion into a dine-in location, where guests can now enjoy freshly prepared dishes on-site while still taking advantage of their popular meal prep and delivery options. Open six days a week, Big Tony’s Kitchen on the River offers a welcoming atmosphere where good food and community come together.
The Capital Region Chamber was pleased to host a ribbon cutting ceremony in celebration of Big Tony’s Kitchen on the River’s grand opening. Chamber Ambassadors joined Anthony and Amy Schunk and community members to commemorate the occasion and show support for this growing local business.
