Earlier in her career, she was the founder and executive director of Indigo Solutions, a market development non-profit focused on pioneering digital enablement strategies and network-based marketing for under-represented entrepreneurs in creative industries like sculpture, music, and eco-tourism.
A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science, dos Santos also earned a certificate in Digital Business Strategy from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
