May 9, 2018Bestpass Promotes Knowlton to Vice President of Operations
Bestpass, a company that provides single-source payment and streamlined toll management services to commercial fleets, recently promoted Alison Knowlton to vice president of operations.
Previously the senior director of customer experience, Knowlton will now be responsible for aligning the company’s vision with its operational realities across every division, managing a wide variety of strategic initiatives from conception to completion.
“As Bestpass continues to grow at a prodigious rate, we need someone to make sure that all of our major undertakings are handled efficiently and effectively, with full transparency and input from every team,” said John Andrews, president and CEO of Bestpass. “Ali has a proven track record of successfully completing big projects with many moving parts, and her experience will be invaluable as the new vice president of operations.”
A Schenectady resident, Knowlton completed her bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from the University at Albany. She also earned a certificate in marketing strategy from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
