April 17, 2018Berkshire Bank Opens New State-Of-The-Art Branch
The Chamber along with its Ambassadors, local elected officials, patrons, friends, family and staff were all on hand to open the newest branch of the Berkshire Bank.
The new 3,000 square-foot branch with a modern design has been renovated to make room for community meeting space, relationship managers and advisors and packs a high-technology punch with all teller transactions handled by virtual bankers using the MyTeller℠ machine and the branch’s two staff members. The open floor plan concept is designed to engage customers and provide individuals and business owners with helpful information to enhance their financial relationships.
In addition to the retail banking space, Berkshire leases space on 2 floors in the same building, which includes its regional executive leadership, Commercial Real Estate & Industrial Lending, Business Banking and SBA Lending. The location also offers private banking and wealth management services for affluent customers.
