Berkshire Bank Introduces New Video Teller Service to Berkshire County

Berkshire Bank is the first bank in Berkshire County to unveil MyTellerSM – the bank’s new Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) technology – to its Berkshire County customers.

MyTeller SM is next-generation banking that combines the technology and convenience of an ATM with the same personal assistance you would receive from a traditional teller. The use of Interactive Teller Machine technology, is a convenient solution to help customers bank on their own schedule, offering extended banking hours. Customers will now have the opportunity to cash checks, make deposits, transfer funds, and make loan payments with more flexibility, allowing for less time spent at the teller window and more time to focus on what is most exciting in their lives.

“In today’s world, finding new and creative ways to make banking accessible to consumers is imperative,” said Tami Gunsch, executive vice president, Retail Banking. “We have incorporated the new MyTellerSM experience into our suite of banking products and services in order to be more convenient and available to our valued customers.”

MyTellerSM is now open at our 99 North Street drive-up with extended banking hours available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Our branch colleagues will still be available to assist you during normal banking hours.
