Berkshire Bank announced its expansion to Malta, NY with the opening of its newest location at 2532 Route 9, Ballston Spa, NY, bringing the number of Berkshire Bank branches in the state to 37.
As part of the grand opening celebration, specials will be available at the Malta location through Tuesday, September 4th. From Monday, August 6th to Tuesday, September 4th, Berkshire Bank will also offer a Crack the Vault contest with a grand cash prize, grocery gift cards and a chance to win an Amazon Echo Dot. Stop in during this time to meet the team, tour the branch, receive demonstrations of new technology, and have the opportunity to obtain giveaways.
Berkshire’s newest branch features a modern interior design aimed at improving the customer experience with an open layout, MyTellerSM virtual teller technology with extended banking hours, and comfortable meeting spaces where customers can speak privately with Berkshire’s bankers to plan their financial road map. MyTellerSM technology offers a combination of next-generation banking and the convenience of an ATM with the same personal assistance customers receive with a teller.

The Malta branch MyTellerSM hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Branch hours extend Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
