Berkshire Announces Michele Kilburn as New Vice President of Human Resources

Berkshire Farm Center and Service for Youth has recently appointed Michele Kilburn, MBA, SHRM-CP as Vice President of Human Resources effective January 2, 2020.

Michele brings with her over 20 years of professional experience both in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship. She comes to Berkshire from her role as Vice President of Human Resources for The ARC Lexington.

Additionally, she built her professional career working in the healthcare nonprofit field, construction, IT, and manufacturing industries. She also consults for her spouse in managing the family commercial/residential construction business and other entrepreneurial efforts.

“I am pleased to share the news that we have recently appointed Michele Kilburn as our new VP of Human Resources,” said Brian Parchesky, Berkshire’s President and CEO. “She will be a tremendous asset to our agency.”

Michele is an active member of her community and has served on the Board of Directors for Susan G. Komen of Northeastern NY and The Habitat for Humanity.

Michele is also a contributing author of: Women, Work, and Family: How Companies Thrive with a 21st-Century Multicultural Workforce, Authored by Dr. Michele Paludi.

Michele resides in Upstate New York with her spouse of 30 years, their two adult children, and pets.
