May 3, 201824 Students Participate in The College of Saint Rose, Huether School of Business Internship Program
The College of Saint Rose, Huether School of Business internship program has been a great resource for the students and the members of the Capital Region Chambers. During Spring 2018, 24 students from The College of Saint Rose, Huether School of Business interned at 18 different Capital Region Chamber member companies including Proctors, Enterprise, GE, CapCom FCU, Foresters Financials, Berkshire Bank, Keeler Motor Co., UHY LLP, NYBDC, Marvin & Co., Wojeski & Co., Honest Weight Food Co-op, Albany Patroons, EP&M International, Capital Repertory Theatre, Albany Football League and Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
The internship program is a formal supervised learning experience. Students enrolled in Accounting, Finance, Business, Business Analytics, Marketing and Management participate in the internship program to get hands on experience. By hiring an intern, the Capital Region Chamber members improve their staffing pipeline and gain new perspectives from the interns.
