December 5, 2023Belmonte Builders’ Waite Meadows Ribbon Cutting
On November 15, an official dedication ceremony was held at the model home for Waite Meadows, a brand-new subdivision by Belmonte Builders in western Clifton Park. It was featured in the recent Saratoga Showcase of Homes 2023, winning multiple awards. This type of well laid out, thoughtfully designed subdivision exemplifies life in southern Saratoga County, built by a name synonymous with quality. Belmonte Builders has been in business for decades and has supported The Chamber of Southern Saratoga County for over 30 years. Curtis Lumber, itself a multi-generational business in existence since the 1820s, is a major supplier to Belmonte Builders and had representatives at the event. This particular home is their model which will be available for sale shortly. Other Belmonte projects include Juniper Ridge in Halfmoon.
Senator Jim Tedisco and Julia Haig representing Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh supported the ribbon cutting at in western Clifton Park, alongside Peter Belmonte and daughter Lindsey, with their staff, vendors, chamber volunteers, and well-wishers in attendance.
All 2023 ribbon cuttings of the Capital Region Chamber and its affiliates are sponsored by the Saratoga National Bank & Trust Company.
