Beauty & Bliss Spa celebrated its grand opening on Monday evening at its new location on Central Avenue in Albany. The owners were accompanied by friends, family and elected officials. Owners Maryann, Kelly and Patty have created a beautiful, serene environment where patrons can truly relax. The three have more three decades of spa experience to contribute to their success. The Capital Region Chamber was honored to help them launch their business!
