March 15, 2018Bank to Host Free Seminar for First-Time Homebuyers
Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company will host a free seminar for first-time homebuyers on Wednesday, March 28. Attendees will be eligible to receive $200 off processing fees on the Bank’s First-Time Homebuyer Loan*.
“Roadmap to Closing: A Guide for First-Time Homebuyers” begins at 6 p.m. in the Bank’s Schenectady Branch, located at 251 State Street. The event will kick off with a mingling session, where attendees can chat with program presenters, followed by three 10-minute “speed networking” presentations. It will wrap up with a question and answer session.
The program, which is hosted in partnership with the Capital District YMCA, will cover answers to the most common questions first-time homebuyers have, advice and tips from the speakers about the buying process, and handouts to guide homebuyers through the process of purchasing their first home.

*The $200 processing fee will be waived from closing costs for attendees of our first-time homebuyer seminar who apply by 4/30/18 with Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company for a mortgage to finance a first home purchase.
