The Chamber took part in the ceremonial ribbon cutting for Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) on May 4, 2022.
Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) formally opened the bank’s new Latham office. Located in BSNB Plaza at 1202 Troy Schenectady Road, Building #2, the new location replaces the office formerly located across the street at 1207 Troy Schenectady Road. As an anchor of the plaza, BSNB’s new facility provides a staffed drive thru banking lane and a self-service drive-up ATM in addition to spacious meeting rooms and ample parking.
“As BSNB continues to expand its services across the Capital Region, we are confident that this move will provide an enhanced banking experience for our customers,” said BSNB President and CEO Christopher R. Dowd. “With a larger facility and expanded banking hours, the community has convenient access to our banking experts specializing in personal banking services, small business and commercial banking needs, residential mortgage lending and wealth management and financial services.
The Latham office is staffed with a seasoned group of banking professionals. Shawn Burke, AVP/Business Development Officer II along with Brad Bentley, VP/Commercial Relationship Manager, provide banking expertise for small business and commercial clients. Claire Burgon, Relationship Manager, is the point person for all personal banking needs and Joshua Rodriguez, Registered Representative of Infinex Investments, Inc. will provide personal investment services.
“As with all BSNB banking channels, our focus will be on providing customers with exceptional service while seeking to make a positive difference in the community,” added Dowd. “Our growth continues to be fueled by our local focus and our investment in the financial success of our customers.”
The office’s drive thru and lobby are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to noon. The branch also provides a 24-hour drive-up ATM for fast cash dispensing as well as the ability to deposit cash and checks.
