Customer-driven decision to move and modernize amenities to deliver a “better” brand of banking
Today Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) formally opened the bank’s new Clifton Park branch. Located at 1714 Route 9, Clifton Park, NY 12065, this replaces the Ushers Road location.
The new branch is part of a new complex/plaza located just north of the intersection of Routes 9 and 146, easily accessible from Route 9, Old Route 146 (Fire Road) and Northside Drive and features a modern design with a drive through banking lane and a drive through ATM. The new location also offers a full range of products and services, including personal checking and savings accounts, commercial deposit accounts and cash management services, residential mortgage lending, commercial loans, and wealth management solutions.
“As part of BSNB’s ongoing efforts to enhance the service and support we deliver to our customers, we periodically review opportunities for new banking locations. With closer proximity to Clifton Park’s central business district, we are confident that this move will provide a better banking experience,” said BSNB President and CEO Christopher R. Dowd. “As with all BSNB locations, our focus will be on providing customers with exceptional service while seeking to make a positive difference in the community.”
This is the third new branch opening by BSNB in the last year. “Our recent growth and expansion has been in response to our “Better” brand of banking, driven by exceptional customer service, competitive products, convenient locations and modern amenities. “We listen to feedback from our customers. Their input has helped inform our strategic plans and, as a result, fueled our growth,” added Dowd.
