July 18, 2017Ballston Spa National Bank Now Open in Voorheesville at 13 Maple Road
Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony today at the grand opening of the company’s third banking location in Albany County. The Voorheesville office, located at 13 Maple Road is one of thirteen BSNB banking offices located throughout the Capital Region. Guests joined BSNB President and CEO Christopher R. Dowd for the ceremony.
“Our continued expansion into Albany County is part of BSNB’s ambitious strategy to enhance service and support for our existing clients while extending our reach to new communities,” said Dowd. “With branches in Latham, Guilderland and now Voorheesville, our goal is to create a better banking experience in these new markets through outstanding service to customers and support in the community.”
The Voorheesville office will be directed by Teresa Zwinge, relationship manager. Zwinge served customers at the 13 Maple Road location when it was a former First Niagara Bank branch, and is a resident of Voorheesville with more than 20 years of banking experience. Sandra Losee, assistant vice president, will lead business development efforts in the surrounding area and is also a former First Niagara Bank employee.
The office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. Drive through service will open at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The branch also provides a 24-hour drive-up ATM for fast cash dispensing as well as the ability to deposit cash and checks.
As a full service location, customers have access to personal checking and savings accounts, commercial deposit accounts and cash management services, residential mortgage lending, consumer and commercial loans, and trust and investment planning. In addition, customers have the option of managing their relationship through the bank’s technology-based services — including an online mortgage center, mobile banking, online banking and cash management, and remote deposit.
