Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) announced that Yuliya Sidarovich has received the bank’s 2024 SUMMIT Employee of the Year award.
The BSNB SUMMIT Award recognizes staff who consistently exhibit the aspects of TRAIL: Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Leadership. These employees consistently exceed customer expectations.
BSNB President and CEO Christopher R. Dowd, along with Jaime Griffen, AVP, Organizational Development & Training and chair of the bank’s customer service committee, recently recognized Sidarovich for her exceptional contributions during the year. “Yuliya is clearly deserving of the recognition as she consistently goes above and beyond to deliver value to our customers and our employees”, said Dowd. “She exemplifies the qualities we seek to develop in our team and makes a positive impact on performance throughout the bank.”
The following quarterly Summit Award winners were also recognized for their contributions and commitment to the bank’s customer service objectives: Lawrence Hanson, Kenneth Almonte, June Lane and Samantha Ross.
