Author Anne Blankman to Visit Schenectady County Public Library

Schenectady County Public Library will be hosting a return visit of author Anne Blankman on Sunday, May 15 at 2 p.m. in the McChesney Room of the Central Library at 99 Clinton Street.

Anne Blankman. a Niskayuna High School and Union College graduate, will be discussing her newest book, Traitor Angels — a romantic and exhilarating historical adventure about a girl who must unlock the secrets within Paradise Lost to save her father. Blankman is also author of the acclaimed Young Adult novels, Prisoner of the Night and Fog, and the sequel Conspiracy of Blood and Smoke. A book sale and signing will follow the program.

The Open Door Bookstore is offering a 20% discount on the book. You may purchase a copy of Traitor Angels from May 3 to May 14 by visiting the store or calling them at 518.346.2719. Books will also be available to purchase, at full price, the day of the event. This author visit is free to the public thanks to funding provided by the Friends of the Library.
