Ann M Sharpe Named VP Wealth Management at Ballston Spa National Bank

Ann M. Sharpe, Esq. has been named vice president of wealth management at  Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB), as recently announced by Chris Dowd, president and CEO. In this position, Sharpe will oversee staff in the company’s wealth management area, offering trust and estate services as well as investment management, and will work collaboratively with other lines of business and industry partners to achieve strategic and customer service goals.

Sharpe has a strong legal background spanning nearly 25 years in the capital region, most recently at Cioffi, Slezak, Wildgrube P.C. where she concentrated in estate planning, estate and trust administration and residential real estate transactions. She earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a law degree from Albany Law School.

Active in the community, Sharpe is currently on the board of directors for the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region. She is also an active participant in several bar associations where she has lectured on trust, estates, elder law and real estate issues.
