Allyn International Ribbon Cutting

Allyn International cut a ribbon last week with the Capital Region Chamber for its new location in Glenville (Scotia Plaza).  This international company specializes in financial management and compliance aspects of international trade, plus the intricate nuances of logistics and “4PL” management for companies such as GE, Plug Power, etc.  In this era of uncertainty where the future of how we move things throughout our state, nation, and the world, is in flux, Allyn International can help get your company’s products from point to point in the most efficient way possible. It’s a coming home story too, since CEO Allen Trevett and his wife both grew up in the Scotia-Glenville area. Allen worked for GE for many years before co-founding Allyn International with partner Julie Willard in 1992 in Florida. Today the company does business throughout the world, in over twenty different languages, and has experience in both developed and emerging markets. Mia Comenzo represented Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara and Stacie Agostino represented Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh for the event.

All 2023 ribbon cuttings of the Capital Region Chamber are sponsored by the Saratoga National Bank & Trust Company.
