September 18, 2015Albany Hospitality Series Continues with Tour for New Renaissance Albany Staff
A guided bus tour of Albany landmarks to acquaint the new Renaissance Albany staff with resources available to future hotel guests will be held on Friday, September 18 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Renaissance Albany and will continue to Albany Institute of History & Art, USS Slater and Dutch Apple Cruises, Albany Visitors Center, Palace Theatre, Ten Broeck Mansion, and the Times Union Center.
This is part of the ACCVB’s efforts to build a Hospitality Culture here in Albany, and is follow-up to the Hospitality Summit hosted by the ACCVB in June. Future events will include a Guest Service Gold program at the Albany Marriott on October 28, an internationally recognized American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute program that involves group discussions, relevant videos, and a test and is geared toward hotel staff.
