Alaant Workforce Solutions announced it has been named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Recruiting Firms 2020 – the fourth consecutive year Alaant has received this prestigious recognition.
Again this year, Alaant is the only recruiting firm in the Capital Region to be selected to the list of America’s Best Professional Search Firms, which is based on reviews from thousands of external recruiters, HR and hiring managers, and candidates nationwide.

Forbes partnered with analytics leader Statista to compile its ranking of America’s Best Recruiting Firms, which was based on separate surveys with three target groups: recruiters, HR and hiring managers, and candidates. Of 32,000 invitations sent between December 19, 2019 and January 27, 2020, surveys were completed by 18,000 respondents. Only the firms with the highest recommendations – 250 companies out of more than 4,000 nationwide – were named to the exclusive list.

The distinction from Forbes is the second national recognition to be received by Alaant this year.
