Alaant Workforce Solutions, the leading professional workforce services firm in New York’s Capital Region, today announced it has been honored with two prestigious awards for providing outstanding customer service. For the second consecutive year, Alaant is the only locally owned and operated Capital Region recruiting firm to be recognized with both the Best of Staffing® Client Award and Best of Staffing® Talent Award – based entirely on ratings provided by clients and candidates – which are presented by ClearlyRated in partnership with CareerBuilder, Indeed and Glassdoor.
Fewer than 2 percent of all recruiting firms in North America are selected to receive the awards, which recognize exceptional customer satisfaction as measured through a rigorous survey of companies, candidates and placed employees conducted last October 3 through 17. Clients of winning agencies are more than three times as likely to be completely satisfied, and candidates they’ve placed are nearly twice as likely to be completely satisfied, as compared to those working with non-winning agencies.

This is the fourth consecutive year Alaant has won the Best of Staffing® Client Award. With a satisfaction rating of 80 percent among the employers it works with – including satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 80 percent of its clients – Alaant far exceeded the industry average of -2 (minus two) percent, and surpassed the 74 percent average of winning agencies.
In receiving the Best of Staffing® Talent Award for the second straight year, Alaant scored a satisfaction rating of 79 percent among candidates it served – with scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 82 percent of placed employees – which outpaced the average of 67 percent among winning firms, and more than tripled the industry average of 24 percent.
In addition, 80 percent of clients and 82 percent of candidates/employees placed said they were very likely to recommend Alaant to a friend or colleague.
Best of Staffing® is the only award in the U.S. and Canada that recognizes firms proven to provide superior service based completely on the ratings given to them through third party, validated survey responses. The survey is conducted by ClearlyRated, the world’s leading provider of client and job candidate service quality research for staffing agencies.
