Event: A Showcase for Creative MOVEment, spring edition, is a collaborative dance program featuring the Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company, MOVE–Mobility Opportunities Via Experience–adult program participants from the Center for Disability Services, staff members and Dance Workshop students from Albany Academy for Girls. The program is free and open to the public.

Place: Albany Academy for Girls, 140 Academy Road, Albany (in the Silipigno Athletic Facility)
Additional Information: The first collaborative performance of A Showcase for Creative MOVEment was presented in November 2014. Participants have been rehearsing new pieces for the spring show with drummer Brian Melick. The unique, first-of-its-kind community partnership demonstrates the joy of dance and movement for self expression.
MOVE is a model program which emphasizes mobility and skills development in every aspect of life for a person who has a disability: in the classroom, at home, in job training and at work. Specialized equipment is used to assist with movement.
