A Fashionable Evening to Benefit the

–Wednesday, May 20, 2015–

Event: The 3rd Annual A Fashionable Evening, presented by Ursula of Switzerland, is a benefit for the Center for Disability Services in support of its Creative MOVEment program. The event gives guests an insider’s view of the garment industry and will feature informal modeling, studio tours, an opportunity to meet Ursula and a wine and hors d’oeuvres reception.

Date: Wednesday, May 20 

Time: 5:30 to 8 p.m.

Place: 31 Mohawk Avenue, Waterford 

Additional information: Fourteen model women from our community will be featured: Peggy D’Angelico, Cohoes City School District; Margaret Kehn, New York State Department of Health; Nicol Lally, News 10abc; Kelly Lynch, News Radio 810 & 103.1 WGY; Colleen McDonald, In Harmony Yoga Studio; Mirza Ninstant, Center for Disability Services; Kate Otis, KeyBank; Laura Petrovic, Renaissance Albany Hotel, BBL Hospitality; Theresa Reiser, HANYS Benefit Services; Cynthia Serbent, Averill Park School District; Deborah Sharpe-Defries, Albany City School District; Cathy Teitelbaum, Albany Academy for Girls; Charmaine Ushkow, Times Union; and Selena Wallace, Center for Disability Services. All event proceeds and 20% of merchandise sales will benefit the Center for Disability Services in support of its Creative MOVEment program, a community collaboration among the Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company, MOVE–Mobility Opportunities Via Experience adult program participants from the Center, and Dance Workshop students from Albany Academy for Girls.
