June 4, 201520 School Records Broken During Record-Setting Track Season
A Record Setting Season for Doane Stuart-Rensselaer TrackRensselaer, NY – The records keep falling for the Doane Stuart-Rensselaer Thunder Rams track team. As it currently stands, 20 Doane Stuart records were broken by the boys and girls teams this year, a phenomenal feat. Congratulations to our student athletes and coaches for their record-setting season. Since last week, three brand new school records were set:

State Qualifiers will be held Thursday and Friday, June 4-5 at SUNY Albany. Good luck to all of our Thunder Rams as they compete to earn a spot at States! A special note of good luck and well-wishes to Liam and Amelia, our graduating seniors. Liam will attend Haverford College in Haverford, PA in the fall, where he will join Dan Sax ’14 who is a current member of the track team. Amelia will run track for Smith College in Northampton, MA. Liam and Amelia currently hold seven and five school records, respectively. The Doane Stuart School is the Capital Region’s only interfaith, coeducational Early Childhood through Grade Twelve college preparatory school.
