1st National Bank of Scotia proudly announces the addition of O.Neil Thomas as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. As a member of the commercial lending team he will play an integral role in cultivating new business, and serving our existing commercial customers.
In his new position, Neil looks forward to “expanding 1st National’s commercial lending and deposit relationships in Montgomery and Fulton counties.”He brings nearly 44 years of banking experience to 1st National Bank of Scotia, with areas of expertise in various types of commercial lending, specifically as an agricultural lender. Neil was formerly a Senior Lender at Patriot Bank.
In addition to his business commitments, Neil is an active member of the Fonda-Fultonville Lions Club of which he has been a member for 20 years.
Neil currently resides in the Town of Johnstown.
