1st National Bank of Scotia Appoints New Compliance Officer

1^st National Bank of Scotia is pleased to announce the appointment of Cynthia Siatkowski to Compliance Officer.

Cynthia leaves her role as Assistant Auditor and will now serve as Compliance Officer for the bank. She has more than 37 years of experience here at 1^st National Bank of Scotia. As the Compliance Officer, Cynthia is tasked with developing, reviewing and updating the Bank’s policies and procedures to ensure with federal and state laws and regulations.

Regarding her new position, Cynthia noted, “at 1^st National we value our customers and the community.  I hope to preserve and strengthen the compliance program that the bank has in place, to do not only what’s right for the reputation of the bank, but to also do right for our customers and the community.”
