1st National Bank of Scotia Announces Promotions and New Position

1st National Bank of Scotia is pleased to announce the promotions of Kelly Gibbons, Amy Belli and Premnarine Jaddu as well as a new Commercial Loan Officer/Small Business Specialist position being filled by current employee, Jessica Petraccione.

Kelly Gibbons, former Vice President, is now Sr. Vice President of Retail Banking and has become a part of 1st National Bank of Scotia’s senior management team. Gibbons has more than 23 years of experience in community banking. As the SVP of Retail Banking, she is tasked with directing administration and operations for the bank’s ten retail locations, tracking and analyzing economic banking trends and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

“I am thrilled to accept this promotion,” said Gibbons. “Using my experience and skill set, I will continue to assist our retail staff in providing our customers with a high level of service and access to quality products and services.”

Amy Belli, former Assistant Vice President, is now Vice President, manager of deposit operations. Belli joined 1st National Bank of Scotia in 2006, and has more than 37 years of experience in banking. In her role, Belli will continue to provide leadership, training, and supervision to personnel within the deposit operations department.

“I’m very humbled and honored to receive this promotion,” said Belli. “I’ve been an employee at 1st National Bank of Scotia for almost 10 years, and I’m thrilled that I’m able to continue contributing to the success of this local community bank.”

Premnarine “Sunny” Jaddu, former Branch Operations Specialist, is now Branch Operations Officer, manager of 1st National Bank of Scotia’s Guilderland Office. Jaddu joined 1st National Bank of Scotia in 2008, and has recently completed the management training program. In his role, Jaddu will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office and providing support in customer retention and relationship development.

“I’m very excited to take on this new role with 1st National,” said Jaddu. “I enjoy working with our customers to satisfy their financial needs and look forward to representing 1st National in the communities we serve.”

Jessica Petraccione, Vice President and former Retail Banking Manager, is now Vice President, and Commercial Loan Officer/Small Business Specialist. Petraccione has more than 23 years of experience in community banking and most notably was honored as a 2014 Saratoga Today Woman of Influence. In her new role, Petraccione will be working with new and current business customers to strengthen relationships, assist with lending needs and provide education on business related technology.

In addition to her business commitments, Petraccione is an active member in the Clifton Park and Saratoga communities. She currently sits as a Board Member for the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Twin Bridges Council, Leadership Saratoga Alumni and serves on the Saratoga Hospital Foundation Golf committee.
